Welcome to Randcom Networks
Established in 2011, Randcom Networks is a niche telecommunications systems integrator based in South Africa. We specialize in design and deployment of last-mile and edge telecom networks and associated services.
Thanks to our solid partnerships with leading and trusted vendors and OEMs, we’re able to serve government, enterprise, and SMB customers with a suite of bespoke communication solutions.
Our project footprint spans South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe, having served corporate and government customers.
It remains our mission to play a significant role in bridging the digital divide across southern Africa.
Our Core Services
Telecoms Infrastructure
Randcom designs and deploys various modes of telecommunication transport networks, including fibre, wireless (microwave), Fixed LTE and VSAT networks with SLAs.
Our installations consist of robust equipment that are field-tested to withstand harshest of wheather conditions to ensure operational continuity and reduce network outages. The hardware is complemented by agile cloud platforms for remote management and monitoring of the equipment and network health.
ICT Networking
With a focus and speciality on edge networking, we provide end-to-end and secure wired and wireless networking solutions to meet each client’s unique requirements and budget.
Services on offer include structured cabling, data center build, WiFi integration, SD-WAN, as well as network security solutions. Depending on customer requirements or environment, deployment and management of our networking solutions can be cloud, on-prem or hybrid.
Unified Communications
Through our partnerships with leading vendors, we design and install VOIP telephony and Video Conferencing solutions to meet demanding requirements for all typical applications in the enterprise and call centre environments.
A variety of wired or wireless system components (i.e handsets, headsets, speakers, video cameras, microphones) are packaged to deploy bespoke UC & VC solutions. Our technologies are certified by major UC vendors, including MS Teams, Zoom and Skype for Business.
IP Surveillance Systems
We design and deploy cutting-edge IP surveillance (CCTV) solutions, using technogies and products by market-leading vendors in the enterprise and government video surveillance space.
Our security product portfolio includes video cameras, network audio, access control, video recorders and servers, explotion-protected cameras, body-worn and in-vehicle cameras, as well as related VMS (video management system) and softwares.
Critical Energy Solutions
Backed by our trusted vendors, we offer a variety of primary or back-up energy solutions to meet unique client requirements. These include UPSs, inverters, battery storage and solar systems.
Included in this portfolio are solutions to power remote telecoms equipment (CPE) and base stations.
Cell Signal Booster Systems
Bid farewell to dropped calls and poor mobile experience, as our cellular signal repeater system installations will have this problem taken care of.
We have solutions to amplify 4G/LTE and 5G signals in areas with bad or no signal for enterprise and residential customers, particularly those in under-served or remote places.
